There's a lot of new and exciting things waiting for you to explore! With a move to a new web home come some amazing improvements in features and speed, but it also comes the need for a few additional changes, including changes to user and login details.

We have done our best to make this process as easy as possible. In fact, our new setup will allow you to fully manage your own login details and to reset passwords on your own as needed. In order to access order and stock information on this site, you must have an account. By default, if you are a current Dovetale customer and we have your contact information (including your email address) on file, you automatically have access to the site. All you need to do is follow the instructions in this article on Creating a Password for Access. If for any reason the password creation process fails, please email us at orders@dovetalecollections.com or call us at 1-877-746-6698. Please note again, in order to access the site, you must use the email address we have on file for your account (this is usually the one to which you receive your shipping notifications).
